Returns Policy

Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd, sells local and imported pet products online. The use of any product bought from our online store’s website, is at the purchaser’s own risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold from Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd. 

  1. Products with no defects or faults

Except for certain items, such as expired items, free gifts or promotional items (items bought on sale), you are entitled to return any purchase sale made on our online store, Le Woof Pet Products (Pty)Ltd within 14 days of the item (product) being delivered. In order to obtain a purchase price refund, the items (products) being returned, must be sent back to Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd by courier at 123 Hooge Street, Mokopane, Limpopo, 0601 or Postnet at Postnet Suite 1, Private Bag X2449, Mokopane, 0600. Please ensure that you include a copy of your invoice and/or any e-mail communication and order/purchase numbers, so that we can credit you accordingly.

Should you receive and item (product) purchased from us and you are not a. happy with the quality, b. received the wrong size or product c. simply do not want it anymore d. received a different item (product) to what was ordered, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING and send it back to us for a refund. We can not refund items (products) that has been used, damaged or soiled.

Should you receive an item (product) that is NOT what you ordered or a FAULTY item (product), please e-mail us at so that we can rectify the mistake as soon as possible.



Certain products carry a warranty and you will find the specific warranty details at the product description on our online store, or inside the packaging when you receive your item (product). Should you find that an item (product) is defective or faulty within 6 months of your delivery date (the date that you received your product) please e-mail us all the information and include photos if possible.  Not all items (products) that we sell online, carry a warranty.

Defective/faulty products must be send back to us for inspection. Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd will inspect the product and make a decision on whether:

The product can be replaced free of charge to you (excluding courier fees) or

The product can be repaired (either at your cost or our cost, depending on the fault) or

The product can be refunded or

You can receive a credit on your account or

We find that the product is not faulty or defective and no refund can be given

Should the item (product) be found NOT to be defective/faulty, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such product returned to Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd as well as the cost of the courier or Postnet.

2.1     When is a product faulty/defective?

The following are examples of things which will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any repair, replacement or refund under the general warranty above: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.

2.2     Supplier’s guarantee:

Certain products may come with a supplier’s guarantee. In this case, it will be stated in the product listing on the product site. Clear details of these guarantees are given in their listings and no shopper may ask to be covered by a wider-ranging guarantee other than the one shown on such product listing.

  1. Exclusions

You may not return the following:

Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, changed or added to where such alteration, repair, change or addition has not been authorised by Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd.

Any items/products that has expired

Any items/products purchased as sale items or promotional items/products

Any item/product that has clearly been used (for instance a bag of dogfood that has been used for a couple of days, and you send half a bag of dogfood back without anything being wrong with the food once we have inspected it)

Items purchased using vouchers, will be credited on your account and not refunded in cash and only the amount of the voucher will be credited, not the actual product price.  The original voucher terms and conditions will be transferred to the new voucher.


  1. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 10 days and your account will be credited or the purchase price will be refunded to you in the form of a bank transfer.


  1. Fraud Prevention

Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse, in the interest of fraud prevention, processing any payment for any order, and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, and notifying you.  Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd will return any funds for the cancelled order should you have made payment already.

Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd has undertaken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. Le Woof Pet Products (Pty) Ltd  cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the users electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to inadequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
